New for 2010

This year we'll be downloading individual Lion and Club data from the Lions Clubs International database. It is imperative that your Club Secretary update the LCI database if you want your data to be correct in this year's roster.

(Note: This will have no affect on the database associated with this website. We'll either have to scrap the local database or continue to receive information directly from you)

What do I need to submit this year?

  • Club Secretaries need to update all of the information on the LCI website
  • Submit the names of Club Officers to the webmaster
    • President
    • All Vice Presidents
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Membership Chair
    • Bulletin Editor
    • Tail Twister
    • 1 year Directors
    • 2 year Directors
    • Any others you want listed

What are the Ads about?

The roster costs several hundred dollars to print. The goal of selling and printing advertisements is to offset that cost. Ultimately we'd like to sell enough ads so that we wouldn't have to charge to hand out the book.

Read the ads and support the businesses and people that support us.

How do I submit an ad?

To get the best quality, submit your ad electronically to the roster committee.

Roster pages are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 with 1/2 inch margins. Size your ad appropriately prior to submission.

Cost for 2010: Full Page $150, Half Page $100, Business Card (1/3 page) $50, Two Lines $25, Inside of Front Cover or inside or outside of back cover - Full Page $200

More info here.

What is This Thing Anyway?

It's like a phone book so that you can contact other Lions in our district, plan visitations, find out who to ask for help when you have questions, and historical information.

What information is included?

This information applies only to data included in the website Members area

For each Club The Charter Date
When and where meetings are held
Mail, e-mail, and phone contact information
website address
Club Officers
Past Presidents
For each Person You have the option to submit all or any of the following:

Home, cell, and work phone numbers
e-mail address and personal website address

Where do I find the roster?

You can buy a paper roster from the roster committee or your zone chair. Rosters are usually available at District and Zone meetings. You can also contact your Zone Chair by email using the appropriate address (example: zone1@md19clions.org) or by contacting the roster chair
The roster is also available in the "Members" section of the website.

I can't create a login to the "Members" section of the website.

You must enter your information exactly as it appears in the printed roster. If that doesn't work, contact the webmaster.

The information is wrong!

To maintain data integrity, the online data has nothing to do with any reports you make to the Multiple District or Lions Clubs International. Information is updated as changes are submitted. Submit changes to the webmaster
