Peace Poster Chairs:
Thank you all for your dedication to this program.
We hope you enjoyed the experience.

I am looking for testimonials: How the Lions made an impact on their community with this contest. Send to:

Here’s one from North Mason:
In a conversation with Dale Almlie, superintendent of the Grapeview School, regarding their art docent program he mentioned that the school had participated in the Lions Peace Poster Contest.  He was very pleased with the program and couldn't wait to participate in next year's contest.  I mentioned that I was the Lions Club president and was very happy that his school participated in this year's contest and I would pass the information on.  I had the opportunity to give Lions a plug by mentioning that the winner of the contest would be presented at the United Nations and that the Lions helped to draft the UN charter.  He was unaware the Lions had that tie to the UN and was very interested in that information.
